With over 50 years collective property experience across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors, our directors combine a wealth of knowledge and a broad industry network of contacts. 

Andrew qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer in 2015 and has amassed experience across a variety of roles including working with a residential developer in Manhattan, New York and completing a successful secondment with Grosvenor Great Britain & Ireland before joining Savills Capital Markets division in London in 2018.  

Tim qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002 working with KPMG in corporate M&A before joining property development and investment company GSS Developments in 2004 where he has been involved in developing, refurbishing and asset managing the company’s commercial portfolio. 

Paul qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2004 working for a niche Edinburgh practice before joining Savills Capital Markets division advising national property companies and institutions before joining GSS Developments in 2007 to expand their portfolio and diversify the company’s interests throughout Scotland.
